Undes Pro Beta Terms
These terms keep the beta simple: free Pro access for technical feedback, no public promotion expected, and no sensitive data submitted.
1. Beta access
Undes Pro beta access is free, limited, discretionary, and intended for early technical users who provide product feedback.
2. No public promotion expected
Beta users are not asked to upvote, promote, post about, review, or publicly endorse Undes.
3. Feedback
Feedback may include bug reports, artifact critique, missing evidence, wrong trust verdicts, workflow friction, and feature requests. Feedback may be used to improve Undes, documentation, examples, and product design.
4. No sensitive data
Do not submit secrets, credentials, private keys, access tokens, personal data, customer data, or sensitive production data.
5. Provider data flow
Undes is BYOK. When you run it with external model providers, selected project context may be sent to those providers under your own provider account, policies, retention settings, and terms. Do not run the beta on material you are not allowed to share with the providers you configure.
6. User responsibility
Undes Pro is a review aid. It does not replace human engineering judgment, code review, security review, legal review, or production approval. You remain responsible for all code, configuration, deployment, and operational decisions.
7. No warranty / no SLA
Beta access is provided as-is, without warranty, uptime commitment, support SLA, or guarantee of correctness.
8. License key
A Pro beta license key is personal, non-transferable, and may be revoked if unused, shared, abused, or used outside the beta purpose.
9. Changes and termination
The beta program may be changed, paused, or ended at any time.
